Shaw TV sat down with co-founder of Room to Grow, Shannon Kozak recently to speak a bit about what we have to offer. Check it out!

We have recently made the application process much simpler but there are a few steps that must take place in order to register your child online as outlined in the steps below. This process is only to register your account and to initiate application process for your children. We do not currently offer payment online.

1. Create Account or Login

New users must create an account with a vaild email address prior to proceeding to choosing a class (Step 2) . Once your account has been submitted, an email will be sent to your email address confirming that your account has been created. Existing customers must login (bottom left corner of each page) prior to choosing a class.

2. Choose Your Class

* New Users: Once the account is created, you should be taken to a page to select your class. Classes that are full will be marked in red as FULL. Select the date and time that you would like to enter your child or children for.
* Existing Users: Once logged in, navigate to the registration page and you should be taken to a page to select your class. Classes that are full will be marked in red as FULL. Select the date and time that you would like to enter your child or children for.

3. First Child's Information

Enter the first child's information. All fields are not required but would be appreciated to ensure a complete application. Hit the Continue button or if you would like to add a second child please select the Add a Second Child button beside the Continue button.

4. Parent's Information

Please enter the primary caregivers information. Again all fields are not required but appreciate to ensure a complete application. If you would like to receive our monthly newsletter, please enable the check box. When you have filled out the necessary information, click on the Continue button.

5.Policy Review

Please review our policies, then enable the check boxes to accept our policies and hit the Continue button. YOU MUST ACCEPT THE POLICIES in order to complete the application. 6. Payment Selector

Once you have completed the policy review you will be taken to the final selection screen where you can choose your payment term, which changes with each program. Please select your preferred term and click on the FINISH button. You should receive an invoice via e-mail along with the Parent Handbook. Please take a moment to review the Parent Handbook.

Note: We currently DO NOT offer payments online. Payment options are as follows:

* Pay via Credit Card over the phone @ 403.463.9565
* Pay by cheque

*Note: If paying by cheque, an initial $25 deposit will be required to
secure your space in the program. Post dated cheques must be provided,
dated for the first of the month.

Thirty days written notice is required for early withdrawal in all monthly programs. Session based classes are non-refundable once payment has been made. There is a $30 fee charged on all NSF cheques. Please make cheques payable to Room to Grow.
