Calgary Childbirth Education Association is currently running the 8 week "Becoming a Family" series.  Topics covered include labour and birth preparation, relaxation and breathing skills, breastfeeding, care of the newborn, and postnatal topics.  For session dates and information, please call (403) 281-9485.

A variety of parenting workshops will be made available throughout the year.  If there is a specific course you are interested in seeing, please contact us and we will try our best to arrange it.

First Aid/CPR

Homeopathy and Vaccinations
