Parented preschool classes were designed for those children who are ready for a more challenging environment than the playgroup can provide, yet not quite ready for the long separation from their caregiver.  Parented preschool classes follow the same structure as our independent preschool classes, but allow parents, caregivers, siblings, and other loved ones to be present for extra support.  These classes provide a gentler transition into preschool, allowing children to move forward at a pace that is within their comfort zone.

Parented Preschool classes run September - June on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 - 11:00 AM or Thursdays from 1:00-3:00 PM.  These classes were designed as a one day a week program, however as the classes are child led, the topics covered will be different enough that children could participate in both classes to create a two day a week program.  Classes are designed for children aged 2 ½-4 and their siblings.  The cost is $95/month for the first child and $75/month for the second child based on one day/week.  Two days/week is $140/month for the first child and $120/month for the second child.  There is no charge for siblings not yet crawling.  Register online or by calling (403) 463-9565.
