Bring your kids to work with you!

Room to Grow is currently seeking warm, inspiring Alberta Certified teachers or those with Early Childhood Education to work part-time enhancing the learning experiences of the children in our programs. We seek someone who is able to capitalize on the “teachable moments”, bringing play to a much deeper level. Experience with a negotiated curriculum is an asset.   As many of these are parented programs, teachers must feel comfortable interacting with parents on a regular basis, ensuring they are engaged and answering any questions they may have about their child's development.  First Aid/CPR training and a current criminal record check are required.

Current positions available for the 2010-2011 school year (September-June)

Preschool Teacher, M/W/F PM class

Teacher Assistant, M/W/F PM class and Tues/Thurs AM class

Teacher, various parented classes, Tuesday PM, Friday AM, evenings and/or weekends

Calling all Dad's!  If you are an Alberta Certified Teacher looking for something fun to do with your little one on a Saturday morning, our Daddy and Me Class is perfect for you!  We are currently looking for someone to develop and facilitate a program just for dads.
